Come join us and learn the basics of how to make handmade sushi. The Way Cool Chefs will teach you all the basics from perfecting sushi rice to conquering basic rolling styles. We’ll practice knife skills and roll up 2 different tasty types of rolls; Uramaki and Maki. We will also be making our favorite candy sushi using Krispy treats and gummies. By the end of the class, you’ll be ready to host your very own sushi night for family and friends!

Roll up your sleeves and get ready for a fun, flour-filled adventure! In this hands-on family cooking class, you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch—just like an Italian Nonna would. Families will work together to mix, knead, roll, and cut their own pasta dough, discovering how simple (and delicious) homemade pasta can be.
Our chefs will guide you through each step, sharing tips for achieving perfect texture and shape—We will be making fettuccine using pasta machines. Once your pasta is ready, you’ll enjoy it with chef-demonstrated creamy Alfredo. Learn how to make a beautiful rainbow pasta salad too. Finish the class with chef prepared Lemon Ricotta cake Cookies with Lemon Icing.
This class is the perfect way to create lasting memories, share laughter, and enjoy a hearty homemade meal together. Everyone will take home their new pasta-making to recreate the magic in their own kitchen.
