We’re gearing up for another fun summer filled with laughter, learning moments, and delicious food. Our 2027 Summer Camps are now open for enrollment! Our summer camps are offered as 4 Day camps at 9am-12pm and 1-4pm June through August. Check out our 2027 Summer Cooking Camps now, and we hope to see your young chef in the kitchen this summer!
Our summer camp program was rated one of the top summer programs for kids but Mpls. St. Paul Magazine for the 4th year!
CAMP INFORMATION
- Each Summer Camp program is 4 days of cooking, learning, and new recipes.
- Each camp is 3 hours long per day.
- Our AM camps are 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
- Our PM camps are from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
- Camps are Monday through Thursday unless otherwise noted.
- If your child is attending both AM & PM camps they are welcome to stay over the lunch break. We are fully staffed during the break.
- $10.00 daily fee for late pickup.
- Campers get to eat what they cook in the last 30 minutes of each day!

2027 Summer Cooking Camps - Eden Prairie, MN

Step into the spotlight and cook like your favorite TV stars in this exciting 4-day camp! Each day features a new culinary challenge inspired by popular food shows. Kids will test their creativity and teamwork in a MasterChef Junior–style cooking competition, show off their decorating skills in an Is It Cake? challenge, think fast with mystery ingredients in a Chopped Challenge, and end the week baking up a storm in a Kids Baking Championship finale! Guided by our Way Cool chefs, campers will learn real cooking and baking skills, work together in team challenge as well as individual ones, and have tons of fun bringing their favorite shows to life in the kitchen!

In this imaginative 4-day baking camp, kids will learn how to bake and decorate incredible creations that look just like real-life objects—but are actually cake! Each day features a new project where campers practice baking, sculpting, frosting, and fondant decorating techniques to bring their realistic designs to life. Guided by our Way Cool chefs, young bakers will build confidence and creativity while crafting deliciously deceptive masterpieces that are as fun to make as they are to eat!

In this 4-day hands-on cooking camp, young chefs will dive into the art of pasta making from scratch—learning how to mix, roll, shape, and cook a variety of pasta styles and dishes from around the world. Each day features a new pasta adventure, from classic Italian favorites like fettuccine Alfredo and stuffed tortellini to creative dishes like rainbow ravioli and pasta salad with homemade dressing. Campers will gain confidence in the kitchen, master essential cooking techniques, and enjoy the delicious results of their hard work together at the end of each day.

In this camp, kids will become culinary entrepreneurs! Working together in small teams, they’ll dream up a brand-new restaurant concept each day—designing menus, cooking signature dishes, and presenting their restaurant to the group. From food trucks to fine dining, each day brings a new theme and creative challenge. Along the way, campers will build teamwork, cooking, and presentation skills while having tons of fun in the kitchen!

ALLERGENS: Due to the nature of this camp, the recipes made may contain wheat, dairy, egg, soy, sesame, fish, shellfish.
CAMP INFORMATION:
- Each Summer Camp program is 4 days of cooking, learning, and new recipes.
- Each camp is 3 hours long per day.
- Our AM camps are from 9:00 am -12:00 pm and our PM camps are from 1:00-4:00 pm. $10.00 daily fee for late pickup.
- Camps are Monday through Thursday unless otherwise noted.
- If your child is attending both AM & PM camps they are welcome to stay over the lunch break. We are fully staffed during the break.
- If your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please read our Allergen Policy and contact us directly prior to attending.
- Chef Led instruction and hands on cooking lessons working in small groups and some individual projects.
- Eat or take home everything you make at camp each day!
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SUMMER CAMP:
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to your scheduled camp to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued due to illness or missed classes. The Way Cool Cooking School, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a class due to lack of participants. At the Way Cool Cooking School we will make every effort to accommodate our customers.
