3 Minute Hollandaise Hack
The perfect Hollandaise sauce in minutes for your eggs benedict!
Makes About 1 Cup of Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup full fat Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce (tobacco) or cayenne pepper
- 1 Tablespoon butter
Directions
- Add all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl, whisk to combine.
- Heat mixture in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval to incorporate the melting butter, until sauce reaches desired consistency. This usually take 2-3 intervals.
- Serve immediately.
Waffles
Makes about 3-4, 4” waffles
Ingredients
- 1 cup Waffle Mix of Choice (We Recommend Kodiak Buttermilk)
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
- ¾ cup milk (non-dairy okay)
- 1 egg
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
Directions
- Preheat your waffle iron according to your manufacturers directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the waffle mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom.
- Add in the milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir to incorporate.
- Pour batter into pre-heated waffle iron, the amount will vary depending on the size of your iron. Make sure to note and follow your waffle iron’s cooking instructions.
- Serve with your favorite toppings and syrups.
