In this 2-hour hands-on class, kids will learn how to make fresh pasta dough from scratch and turn it into two classic Italian favorites. Guided by our Way Cool chef instructors, young chefs will create their own fettuccine noodles to pair with creamy Alfredo sauce and craft lasagna roll-ups filled with cheesy goodness and topped with homemade red sauce. It’s a noodle adventure that’s as fun to make as it is to eat!

Get ready to let your creativity shine in this special winter-themed cake decorating workshop! In this 3-hour hands-on class, kids will learn the art of cake decorating from Way Cool Chef Instructors. Students will start by practicing essential frosting, piping, and fondant techniques before bringing their own winter wonderland cakes to life.
Each participant will decorate their very own two-layer 8″ cake using frosting, fondant, and a variety of festive winter decorations — think snowflakes, snowmen, icicles, and more! Kids will explore their artistic side while learning real pastry skills they can use for future baking adventures.
By the end of class, everyone will leave with a beautifully decorated winter cake to show off and share — and plenty of new decorating confidence!

Three Cookie Styles. Hands-On. Sweet Valentine Fun!
Kids will sprinkle, swirl, stamp, and decorate their way into Valentine’s Day in this fun-filled 2-hour cookie baking and decorating class designed just for young bakers ages 7–15! With guidance from our Way Cool chefs, students will create three different Valentine-themed cookie styles while learning real baking and decorating skills they can use again and again. At the end of class, students will package their cookies in bags and celebrate everything they made. Every child leaves with new skills, sweet treats, and lots of confidence in the kitchen. No baking experience needed—just bring creativity, curiosity, and a love for sweets!
