Our Way Cool chefs will teach you everything from pasta to middle eastern foods to sushi making or cooking with bourbon. Join us for a special hands-on and demonstrative class celebrating one of Scandinavia’s most beloved traditions—lefse making! Guided by guest chef instructor Rachael Largis, affectionately known as “The Queen of Lefse,” you’ll learn the art of making lefse completely from scratch—from mixing and rolling to cooking and storing this soft, buttery flatbread.
Each participant will make one dozen lefse to take home, along with enjoying chef-prepared lefse during class served with traditional toppings.
