In Derby Dishes & Dessert, you’ll learn how to prepare a trio of classic Southern dishes with a Way Cool twist—perfect for entertaining, celebrating, or simply enjoying bold, comforting flavors.
Together, we’ll create a vibrant collard greens and bacon salad tossed with a creamy, tangy Benedictine buttermilk dressing, bake and build mini Kentucky Hot Brown sliders on homemade biscuits, and finish on a sweet note with individual Derby Pies, a rich chocolate-nut dessert tradition of the South (contains walnuts).
