Taste of Italy, 10/20/22

In this hands-on and demonstration cooking class, we will focus on seasonal recipes from Italy. The simple food of southern Italy relies heavily on fresh and local ingredients, and is influenced by the flavors of neighboring Greeks, Saracens, and the Normans, each bringing new ingredients and techniques.

In this class, we will make homemade gnocchi with fresh roasted tomatoes, creamy basil chicken & cannoli tarts. At the end of class; in addition to sitting down to a great dinner, you will have the skills to recreate this and many more dishes at home for you family and friends.

Our cooking classes are partially hands-on cooking by you and partially demonstration by our Way Cool Chefs, all ending in a delicious meal for you to enjoy!
