In this hands-on and demonstration cooking class, we will focus on seasonal and springtime recipes from Italy. The simple food of the southern Italy relies heavily on fresh and local ingredients, and is influenced by the flavors of neighboring Greeks, Saracens, and the Normans, each bringing new ingredients and techniques.
This class will highlight cooking and baking techniques. So at the end of class; in addition to sitting down to a great dinner, you will have the skills to recreate this and many more dishes at home for you family and friends.
