Since the 1st century people have been adding toppings to various types of dough, now that’s an old Pizza recipe! Learn all about how to make various types of Pizza Dough and new creative ways to top them in this Hands-on class.
We will travel across Italy starting with Sardinian style crispy flatbreads topped with savory cheeses and vegetables. Next, to the heart of Italy, classic Roman pizza features a dough that’s almost like a flat focaccia. Finally, we travel to Naples to make Soft, thin, and cooked in a very hot oven Neapolitan pizza.
Every class ends in a dinner party where you get to eat what you’ve made!
