In this hands on and demonstrative cooking class, we will learn how to use Fulton, Summit, & Third St. Brewery craft beers to create 3 Course meal. Brush up on your sauce skills , (pun intended) as we coat pork with a sweet and tangy stone ground saffron mustard beer sauce. Learn a new way to make a Minnesota favorite by upgrading your beer cheese soup with pancetta. Finally, top off your evening with beer-caramel sauce covered blondies.
