Cloud Cupcake Frosting
· 8 oz cream cheese, cold
· 1 cup powdered sugar
· 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
· 2 Cups heavy whipping cream, cold
1. Using a whisk attachment on your stand mixer, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Scrape down the bowl to prevent lumps.
2. Add vanilla and heavy whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
