Kids Class: After School 5 Week Program Ages 7-15: Nov 7-Dec 5, 2017

Our After School Program:

This program is designed for your child to learn cooking and baking techniques and tips over the course of 5 weeks. Whether your child is just starting out in the kitchen or is more advanced, these chef led classes will be tailored so that your child can learn and develop the life long skill of cooking. After completing the 5 week program your child will receive a Way Cool Cooking Certificate of completion and a cooking gift from us.

Here is what we will be learning over the course of the program.

Soup's On as we "Hone"
our skills in this class and learn
about knife and kitchen safety
Menu: Vegetable Soup & Chopped Salad
 with Homemade Ranch Dressing
Tuesday November 7  4:30-6:00 PM
We will be learning about
quick breads and yeast breads 
Menu: Chocolate Marble Bread and
Artisan bread


Tuesday November 14 4:30-6:00 PM
In this class we will be learning
about Thanksgiving sides dishes
and how to prepare them.
Menu: Mashed Potatoes & gravy
Stuffing, and Pumpkin Whoopi Pies
Tuesday November 21 4:30-6:00 PM

Breakfast week:
 It’s all about eggs and breakfast

French Toast Sticks and
Dutch Apple Pancakes
Egg lesson and the ways to cook them

Tuesday, November 28 4:30-6:00 PM

In this class, we will be making seasonal
baked treats and having the 
Certificate ceremony
Menu:  Sugar Cookie Cut-Outs and Candy Canes
