Hi! My name is Mitchel Wolf. I live in Chaska, Minnesota, and I love to cook! I love cooking because you can always alter or change the recipe you're making unlike baking. I love to bake though too because let's face it…YUM!!!

My favorite recipe is Willy Wonka Candy Bars. When we made them at the WAY-COOL Cooking School, we designed our own candy wrappers and made golden tickets to put inside. It was so much fun! Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory is one of my favorite movies. I love in the original movie when they walk into the giant candy room--it's filled with trees full of candy, mushrooms made of jelly and whipped cream and much more. I especially liked the chocolate waterfall!

The best tip I can give to kids who love to cook is not to be afraid to try new things. Once, when I was making brownies, I took them out of the oven and they were all gooey. I let them sit for a while, but they still wouldn't set. So, I turned them into cookies! Now I make them on a regular basis, and everyone I make them for loves them! So try new recipes, or invent new ones. But either way put your own twist on stuff!
