Singapore Egg Rolls

½ pound ground pork
½ pound peeled, deveined shrimp, finely chopped.
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
1 cup broccoli slaw mix
1 tablespoons Penzy's Singapore Seasoning
12 egg-roll wrappers
Vegetable oil for deep-frying

Dip In!
Soy Dipping Sauce
1 cup light soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine or white vinegar
2 dashes sesame oil

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.  This can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks and should be brought to room temperature before serving.

Sweet and Sour Sauce
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup orange or pineapple juice
1 cup rice wine or white vinegar
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
