WAY-COOL Pizza Dough & Sauce! E-mail

Serving Size: 10 Individual Pizzas     
Ingredients for Pizza Dough
: 
3        Cups flour
 
2 1/4  Teaspoons or 1 envelope of fast rising yeast
 
1        Teaspoon Honey
 
1        Teaspoon Salt
 
1        Cup very warm water (105-115 degrees)
  
1        Tablespoon Olive Oil
 

Ingredients for Pizza Sauce: 
1       Can Tomato sauce
 
1       Can Tomato Paste
 
      Teaspoon Garlic
 
1       Teaspoon Sugar
 
1       Teaspoon Italian seasoning
                            

Dissolve yeast.  Knead and work dough until all ingredients have come together. Cover bowl with warm wet towel and set aside to rise for 15 minutes. To form dough, press the dough with your fingertips from the center to the edge.  Keep hand flat on dough as you rotate it.Stretch the dough out to desired thickness. Put the stretched dough on a cornmeal dusted paddle and bake for 5 minutes. Take dough out of oven and top with your sauce and favorite toppings 

For sauce, Mix all ingredients together and spread on crust.
