In this class you will learn knife skills, how to measure properly, tips, hints and advice from the WAY-COOL chefs to help you get started and give you confidence in the kitchen. |

We will take a fieldtrip to the meat dept at Kowalski’s and talk to the butchers about all the different cuts of beef. Then we will head back to the WAY-COOL kitchens and cook up some family favorites. |
