2 Cooking classes to get you on the way to the New Normal by eating and cooking with balance.
In this series:
- Learn how to stock your kitchen with key ingredients for wellness and prep foods for the week that will keep you going.
- Learn about the power of protein and how we transform them using diffrent global flavors, seasonings, & spices.
- Learn why it is so important to take a few moments for yourself to re-charge and step away from our busy lives, cooking a healthy meal that is good for your body and mind.
- Learn how to make every night a wellness dinner party.
- Way Cool Chefs will demonstrate and serve samples of highlighted recipes during the class.
This 2 class series will meet April 12th & May 3rd from 6:00-7:00 to learn, laugh, & cook!
We are teaming up with our friends at CrossFit Chanhassen Bring It! Studio for these classes, and they will also be stopping by to answer questions too!
The price includes both classes in the series and a digital cookbook of the recipes.
